<p>The present invention can reliably maintain a drug such as insulin in a pen-shaped syringe at room temperature, and moreover can be easily realized merely by means of storage in a vacuum flask that is commercially available or in a household. A buffer tube is produced from a foamed resin and has an outer tube, which can be inserted into a cylindrical portable vacuum flask, and a cylindrical hole, which is such that the drug side of the pen-shaped syringe arrives at the center of a holder, the buffer tube is inserted into the portable vacuum flask, so the pen-shaped syringe is not damaged by impacting the hard inner wall of the vacuum flask, and the space is cooled by a refrigerant, so the insulin within is also cooled. Also, by disposing the refrigerant to the outside of an insulated tube having a cylindrical hole into which the injection button side of the pen-shaped syringe is inserted, the problem of the pen-shaped syringe directly contacting the refrigerant and being excessively cooled also does not arise.</p> |
