PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic examination apparatus capable of detecting on the apparatus side whether or not a predetermined examination region is correctly observed.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic examination apparatus includes: an examination optical system including an anterior eye part observing optical system 56 for observing an anterior eye part of a subject eye 2; an optical system moving mechanism 95 for rotationally moving the examination optical system on the basis of a specified examination condition; an observation relative angle calculating part 113 for calculating an observation relative angle which is an angle between an eye axis of the subject eye 2 observed and an optical axis of the anterior eye part observing optical system 56 under the examination condition on the basis of information obtained from an anterior eye part image of the subject eye 2 observed by the anterior eye part observing optical system 56 under the examination condition; and an external fixation lamp disposed in a position at which the eye opposite from the subject eye can be fixated. |
