The present invention relates to a macrolactin compound having antimicrobial activity indicated in chemical formulas 1-3. A manufacturing method of the compound, which can effectively manufacture marine microorganism deposited as KCTC 11975BP, using a badge of which the salinity is controlled as 12 g/L is provided. The present invention enables the commercial supply of an antimicrobial agent which can cope with bioterrorism and antibiotic-resistant pathogenic bacteria and compensate antifungal medicine by being provided for a new macrolactin compound having antimicrobial activity and a manufacturing method thereof.
