The present invention relates to a reinforcement body manufacturing method for a receptacle of a drilling ship to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a receptacle reinforcement body and to minimize poor products by facilitating the manufacturing of a reinforcement body for reinforcing a receptacle joined to a thruster in a drilling ship. The reinforcement body manufacturing method for a receptacle of a drilling ship according to the present invention comprises a tubular body forming step for forming a tubular body by bending a single steel plate to attach and weld both ends of the steel plate to each other; an opening forming step for forming multiple openings on every side of the tubular body which is formed by the tubular body forming step from the bottom of the tubular body towards the top of the tubular body; and a reinforcement piece joining step for joining the reinforcement piece to the inner and outer surfaces of the tubular body with openings which are formed by the opening forming step.
