PURPOSE: A methane mining system of a methane hydrate layer and a vessel including the same are provided to mine methane by supplying carbon dioxide in a solid state and heated seawater to a methane hydrate layer. CONSTITUTION: A methane mining system of a methane hydrate layer comprises a solid carbon dioxide feeder (11), a solid carbon dioxide inlet (12), a seawater heater (21), a seawater inlet (22), a methane gas absorption pipe (32), and a methane collector (31). The solid carbon dioxide and the seawater inlet supply carbon dioxide in a solid state and heated seawater to a methane hydrate layer. The methane gas absorption pipe absorbs methane gas generated by substituting the carbon dioxide for the methane of the methane hydrate layer.
