Disclosed is a method for controlling peak and hold using MSC communication capable of ensuring the stability of a system by synchronizing the output of a peak and hold signal. According to the present invention, the method for controlling peak and hold includes: a step (a) of releasing interruption with an interface IC by a controller (uC) receiving an operation command of peak and hold; a step (b) of generating a peak and hold signal and a freewheeling signal when the peak and holder signal is started by the operation command and generating a disable signal for peak and hold and freewheeling when the peak and hold signal is finished by the operation command; a step (c) of sending data corresponding to the peak and hold signal and the freewheeling signal to the MSC; and a step (e) of converting the peak and hold signal and the freewheeling signal received from a step (d) into a serial data and sending the converted serial data and an interruption signal to the interface IC. Therefore, the present invention method for controlling peak and hold using MSC communication removes, by controlling a parallel output, delay time generated between a PWM output signal of the peak and hold signal and the freewheeling output generated when the peak and hold is controlled, thereby providing an effect of stably synchronizing the peak and hold output and the freewheeling output of the peak and hold signal.
