PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray coating powder capable of forming a spray coating film having performance equivalent or superior to those of a spray-coated film which is formed of cermet powder containing cobalt, although the coating powder contains a metal acquired stably at a low price, stably supplied because of a large amount of output, and can be replaced with cobalt.SOLUTION: Spray coating powder composed of pelletizing-sintered particles of cermet contains tungsten carbide or chromium carbide, and an iron-based alloy containing silicon; and the alloy contained in the spray coating powder contains 3.03 mass% or more of silicon. It is preferred that the spray coating powder does not contain Co other than the Co contained as an inevitable content. |
