摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to reliably perform a synchronous operation between an external power source device used during power failure and an internal power source device provided in a residence or a facility. A commercial power source system (A) and an external power source device (1) are connected to a power source line provided in a residence and so forth via a double throw switch (7). An internal power source device (B) constituted by a plurality of power sources such as a storage battery (2), a fuel battery (3), and a solar power generation device (4) is provided in a residence and so forth, and the internal power source device (B) is connected to a load (5) through a power line. When a power source monitor (61) in a control device (6) detects a failure of the commercial power source system (A), a control unit (65) stops the operation of each internal power source, while switching the double throw switch (7) from the commercial power source system (A) to the external power source device (1). After the external power source device (1) is connected to the power line, the control unit (65) starts a following operation sequentially from the power source with little fluctuation in the output capacitance, for example, in the order of the storage battery (2), the fuel battery (3), and the solar power generation device (4), and then connects these power sources to the external power source device (1).</p>
