PURPOSE: A galvanized alloy plated steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a plating quality as a dross reduction effect of a plating bath is obtained by a galvanized alloy composition including 5.2-6.5 parts by weight of AL and 1.07 parts by weight or less of Mg with respect to 100 parts by weight of Zn. CONSTITUTION: A galvanized alloy plated steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance includes a zinc alloy coating layer(120) on the surface of a base steel sheet. The zinc alloy coating layer is formed of an alloy including 5.2-6.5 parts by weight of Al and 1.07 parts by weight or less of Mg. The thickness of the zinc alloy coating layer is 3-25μm. A method for manufacturing the galvanized alloy plated steel sheet includes a step of forming the zinc alloy coating layer on the surface of the base steel sheet by successively dipping the base steel sheet into zinc alloy plating sheet including 5.2-6.5 parts by weight of Al and 1.07 parts by weight or less of Mg with respect to 100 parts by weight of Zn. |
