The object of the invention is a leg-foot orthosis, hinged at the ankle, to be employed in the functional recovery phase after a traumatic event or in case of injury of the foot bones or of the capsular ligament apparatus of the ankle and of the rearfoot, provided with a hinge mechanism that joins its main constituent parts by means of a pair of pins and which enables the foot to make a roto-translatory motion by executing natural flexion/extension movements. |
