The element (1) has heat conductors (2) e.g. carbon-coated polyamide monofilaments, embedded into a textile ground layer (1a) and running parallel to each other. Contact spacers (4, 4a, 4b) e.g. current-carrying strands, are connected with power supply conductor pairs (3) to be arranged at a predetermined distance to each other for forming a heating strip between power supply conductors (3a, 3b) e.g. power supplying wires. The conductors transversely running over the heat conductors and turning toward the conductor pairs have equal polarity concerning power supply.
