The present invention provides a method for manufacturing architectural panels. The method comprises: a step of obtaining pulp sludge powder with a size of 0.5-1.5 mm by putting a pulp sludge film in a crusher after the thin film with a thickness of 0.3-0.8 mm are formed of collected pulp sludge and is dried till the 3% or less of a moisture regain; a step of obtaining fibrous paper powder, such as cotton, and resin crushed powder by crushing waste wall papers cut at proper sizes in a high-speed rotary crusher, classifying the specific gravity of the crushed powder in a blowing atmosphere, separating the fibrous paper planar element and the resin crushed powder without mixing, and collecting only the fibrous paper planar element among them; a step of mixing 38-68 wt% of the pulp sludge powder with 32-45 wt% of the fibrous paper planar element and mixing the mixture with 30-40 wt% of urethane resin; and a step of naturally drying and hardening the mixture in a forming mold for forming architectural panels. |
