摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing isotrope hybrid FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) for reinforcing earthquake resistance and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing isotrope hybrid FRP for reinforcing earthquake resistance by blending carbon fiber fabrics with aramid fiber fabrics or blending and spinning the same as architectural retrofit materials. The method for manufacturing the isotrope hybrid FRP for reinforcing earthquake resistance according to the present invention comprises steps of: impregnating aramid fabric woven materials which are woven using aramid fibers, into epoxy resins for manufacturing aramid fabric prepregs and impregnating carbon fiber woven materials which are woven using carbon fibers, into the epoxy resins for manufacturing carbon fabric prepregs, or hybrid woven fabrics using the carbon fibers and aramid fibers and impregnating the same into the epoxy resins for manufacturing carbon fiber-aramid fiber mixed spun prepregs; performing a pating treatment for a mold surface and laminating the aramid fabric prepregs and the carbon fabric prepregs in multilayers on a vertical mold surface, or laminating a plurality of the carbon fiber-aramid fiber mixed spun prepregs; closing a vertical mold and increasing the temperature up to 75-85°C in an autoclave after making the mold in a vacuum state and firstly curing the mold at 75-85°C for 50-70 minutes; increasing the temperature up to 120-130°C after the first curing, and secondly curing the mold at 120-130°C for 60-120 minutes; and drying naturally and taking out the resultant from the mold for completing a product.
