Disclosed are a commerce system for medicinal herbs including deer antlers and a method thereof. The commerce system for medicinal herbs including deer antlers of the present invention includes a central server, a producer terminal, a consumer terminal and a processing person terminal. The central server includes a producer information database for storing information about farms breeding deer and a processing person database for storing information about oriental medical clinics manufacturing medicinal herbs using deer antlers. The central server receives medicinal herbs order information selecting a producer stored in the producer information database and a processing person stored in the processing person database from a consumer, and notifies the selected producer terminal of that the order is received. The producer terminal is notified of that the order is received by the central server, and transmits an image of the antlers of a deer. The consumer terminal receives the image of the antlers of the deer, and transmits medicinal herbs order information by accessing to the central server. The processing person terminal is notified of that the order is received from the central server.
