The present invention relates to a gummy food composition containing royal jelly and a production method of the same, and more specifically, to: a gummy food composition containing royal jelly of the same which contains saccharides, gelatin, the royal jelly, and carrageenan as a gelling agent, has excellent matter properties and eating texture, and has substantially no reduction of 10-HDA, which is a useful biological activity component of the royal jelly; and a production method. The gummy food composition containing the royal jelly minimizes the content change of 10-HDA, which is an index component of the royal jelly, unlike drinks and other processed food, maintains the biological activity of the royal jelly, and facilitates the intake of the royal jelly, thereby widening the utilization rage of a health oriented material. |
