PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washing method by which a plurality of dishes can be efficiently washed while being housed in a dish rack.SOLUTION: A plurality of dirty dishes 2 are housed in a stack inside a dish rack 3. Then, the dish rack 3 is moved in a moving direction along a direction in which the dishes are stacked. A gap is generated between mutually adjacent dishes 2 by applying washing water W from a plurality of upper nozzles 41 all of which are turned in the same direction to conform to the type of the dishes 2 on the dishes 2 inside the moving dish rack 3, and the dishes 2 are washed. |
