PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum electric cooker including a lid facilitating an operation for an operator and capable of reducing stress applied to a container as much as possible.SOLUTION: The vacuum electric cooker includes: a horizontal base part 14 and a stand part 16; an exhaust nozzle 26 protruding to the outside; a lid body covering a cooker container 28; a connection arm 32, the base end of which is swingably attached; a connection nozzle that is fitted to the tip end of the connection arm and, when the connection arm is in an operation position, is airtightly connected to the exhaust nozzle; holding means that, when the connection nozzle is airtightly connected to the exhaust nozzle, holds the state; a vacuum pump 38 installed in the cooker body; and a ventilation tube 40, one end of which is connected to the vacuum pump and extends therefrom to the inside of the stand part and the connection arm and, the other end of which is connected to the connection nozzle 34. |
