PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a conductive layer used for various electronic apparatus and a touch panel using the sheet, so as to make display of a display element on a rear surface easy to see, and make reliable operation possible.SOLUTION: Light transmissive conductive layers 12 and 16 formed on top faces of base materials 11 and 15 are formed of thin metallic wirings 12B and 16B and carbon thin wirings 12C and 16C, or light transmissive photosensitive resins 12A and 16A having carbon particles dispersed therein; and therefore, the carbon thin wirings 12C and 16C or the carbon particles in the conductive layers 12 and 16 absorb reflection light from the metallic thin wirings 12B and 16B so as to reduce irregular reflection. Accordingly, even when used under intense external light, various electronic apparatuses using a touch panel according to the present invention can make display of a display element on a rear surface easy to see, and make reliable operation possible. |
