PURPOSE: A driving device and a table unit using the driving device are provided to quickly change a relative moving stroke, to have the uniform strength having no connection with the stroke and to realize the maintenance characteristic, the durability and the quiet operation. CONSTITUTION: Cam slave units(11,12) are supported in one member between two members(1,3) to be rotatable and arranged in a linear moving direction separately. A cam(21) is supported in another member to be rotatable. Cam grooves are formed in the circumference of the cam to be geared with the cam slave units. The rotating axis of the cam is arranged in the linear moving direction. The members are relatively moved by rotating the cam, continuously gearing the cam slave units to the cam grooves and moving to a rotating axial direction. Thereby, the stroke of the members is changed quickly and the fixed strength is maintained. |
