PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of address recognition.SOLUTION: A television device 30 searches for a Web page including a predetermined keyword on the Internet 49, and as for the extracted Web page and a related Web page related to the Web page, the television device 30 collects at least URL and the image featured values of moving images included in the Web page and the related Web page, and registers at least the collected URL and image featured values of the Web page group in association in a URL dictionary 66 stored in a storage part 36. Also, when the moving image with the displayed URL as the object of recognition is designated from the moving images of television broadcasting, the television device 30 extracts the image featured values from the designated moving image, and collates the image featured values extracted from the moving image with the image featured values registered in the URL dictionary 66, and recognizes, as the URL as the object of recognition, the URL registered in the URL dictionary 66 in association with the image featured values which are similar to the image featured values extracted from the designated moving image. |
