Provided is a D/A converter equipped with a sampling circuit capable of suppressing the high-frequency component of an input signal without preventing a reduction in the size of an electronic device. The D/A converter is equipped with a first capacitance element unit (105A) having multiple sampling capacitors (105A_1, 105A_2), and a second capacitance element unit (105B) having multiple sampling capacitors (105B_1, 105B_2). In addition, the D/A converter is equipped with a first switch unit (104A) having multiple switching elements (104A_1, 104A_2) for storing a charge in the respective sampling capacitors of the first capacitance element unit and transferring this charge, and a second switch unit (104B) having multiple switching elements (104B_1, 104B_2) for storing a charge in the respective sampling capacitors of the second capacitance element unit and transferring this charge. The first and second switch units are alternately operated. |
