PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor exhibiting a high capacitance and excellent durability, and to provide a lithium ion secondary battery and a lithium ion capacitor, and a conductive composition suitably used as an electrode material for obtaining them.SOLUTION: A conductive composition contains a composite of a conductive polymer having a nitride atom and a porous carbon material, and a binding agent. The binding agent has a sulfonic acid group and/or a phosphate group, and the content of the binding agent is 0.5-20 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass of the composite. |
