PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable thermal fuse mounted on a battery can by spinning processing and riveting while ensuring the thickness of a terminal necessary for spinning processing or riveting without increasing the thickness of material for the metal terminal.SOLUTION: The thermal fuse includes: a first metal terminal 12 and a second metal terminal 13 of a metal plate; a base film 11 on which tips 20 of the first metal terminal 12 and the second metal terminal 13 are disposed facing to each other; a fusible alloy 14 placed between the tips 20 of the first metal terminal 12 and the second metal terminal 13; a flux 15 applied over the fusible alloy 14; and a cover film 16 fixed to the base film 11 covering the fusible alloy 14 and the flux 15. One end 18 of the first metal terminal 12 is folded to form a lamination part 22, and the lamination part 22 includes a through-hole 31 formed penetrating therethrough in a lamination direction. |
