A method, device and terminal for realizing application of internet of things are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises the steps of: the terminal interacts with the internet of things through SIP network, wherein the terminal supports SIP protocol and can communicate with the apparatus of the internet of things. Using the terminal which supports SIP protocol and can communicate with the apparatus of the internet of things, the prevent invention can execute the interaction between said terminal and the internet of things through SIP network, and realize the application of internet of things on the SIP network.
