The present invention relates to a complex transporting two-story train which has a passenger part for accommodating passengers at the upper story, and a cargo part for accepting cargoes at the lower story to be completely separated from each other by a separation wall. The complex transporting two-story train according to the present invention comprises the passenger part (110) including one or more passenger accessing doors (111) to accommodate passengers; the cargo part (120) including one or more cargo loading doors (121) to accept cargoes; and the separation wall (130) to separate the passenger part (110) from the cargo part (120).
