Provided is a cushion for a child seat capable of holding an infant in a proper posture in a sitting state. The cushion 1 arranged on a child seat 2 is provided with a head pad 10, a back pad 30 and a hip pad 50. The head pad 10 is provided with a neck supporting portion 12 projected along the lower edge of the head pad 10 and a pair of head side supporting surfaces 14 inclined upwardly toward right/left ends of the head pad. The back pad 30 is provided with a pair of body side supporting surfaces 32 inclined upwardly toward right/left ends of the back pad. The hip pad 50 has a hip supportingsurface 51 inclined upwardly from the rear end of the hip pad 50 toward the front end of the hip pad and a pair of knee supporting surfaces 52 inclined upwardly toward right/left ends of the hip pad 50.
