<p>A narrow-frame liquid crystal display (LCD) device comprising: a rear housing (2), a front housing (4) which mates with the rear housing (2), and an LCD module (6) disposed within the rear housing (2); each of two opposing sides of the LCD module (6) is provided with a protruding section (602); the rear housing (2) is provided with engagement sections (202) corresponding to the protruding sections (602); the protruding sections (602) engage into the engagement sections (202), thus affixing the LCD module (6) into the rear housing (2). The present narrow-frame LCD device, by providing an LCD module (6) with protruding sections (602) and by providing a rear housing (2) with engagement sections (202), allows, during assembly, for the protruding sections (602) to be accommodated and engaged by the engagement sections (202), thereby installing the LCD module (6) within the rear housing (2). The present invention has a simple structure, is easy to assemble, can effectively achieve a narrow, thinner frame for an LCD device, and, should an LCD module (6) require repairs or replacement, is easy to disassemble and can effectively limit repair costs.</p> |
