PURPOSE: Polarizer and manufacturing method thereof can prevent the change of birefringence due to the stress by using the hardening material of the resin composition curable actinic energy ray as the protective film of the polarized light device. CONSTITUTION: Polarizer has the structure of being directly protect with the protective film. The protective film is included of resin. The hardening material of resin composition curable actinic energy ray containing resin is the compound and compound.
