<p>The present invention relates to a method for monitoring the senescence of stem cells in real time and a method for diagnosing the senescence of stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for monitoring the senescence of stem cells by preparing a transparent electrode patterned on a transparent substrate to cultivate cells on a cell chip, which generates the response potential of the stem cells cultivated on the electrode and a culture medium and then analyzing the total impedance measured from the cultivated cells, the culture medium, and the electrode. Also, the present invention relates to a method for diagnosing the senescence of stem cells by comparing the total impedance values measured from the stem cells at a specific passage number and the stem cells to be diagnosed for the senescence after having the stem cells pass the processes mentioned above. The present invention can monitor the senescence level of cultivated cells in real time by a non-constructive method, thereby being effectively used for quality management of medicines containing the cultivated cells or extract thereof.
