The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a steel girder for a bridge, comprising: a step one of welding a reinforcing plate on both side surfaces of a vertical plate, placing a flange formed in a shape of a square, and then constituting another flat plate; a step two of maintaining the bent state by mounting on a rack, connecting two sheath pipes and a PC strand, and tension-establishing them; a step three of installing the steel girder at the rack by turning the steel girder upside down, providing a plurality of extra sheath pipes to assemble, and blocking the peripheral by placing concrete; and a step four of pushing the PC stand into the extra sheath pipes from the step three and tension-establishing the PC stand.
