The board (2) has a lower face defined by a plate, and sides (10) connecting an upper face (9) and the lower face. A dot fastener (15) has lower parts (15b) mounting rear and front detachable decorative masks (11, 12) e.g. flexible fabric, on an apparent surface of the board in a reversible manner. The apparent surface of the board defines a hollow housing (14) for receiving the decorative masks. Two slots for inserting interlocking brackets are opened in opposite edges of the hollow housing.
