The present invention relates to a PCB array code traceability system and a method for tracing and managing a PCB array code. Provided is the PCB array code traceability system according to one embodiment of the present invention, which includes: a marking unit which marks an identification code which includes PCB information with regard to a PCB array; a DB unit which stores the PCB information which is included in the identification code; a reading unit which reads one representative identification code among the arrayed and marked identification codes in the PCB array to which the marked identification codes are transmitted; and a tracing and managing unit which traces and manages information about the PCB array by matching the representative identification code information which is read in the reading unit with the PCB information which is stored in the DB unit.
