The present invention relates to a dry fermentation method of leaves which comprises a material which is harmless to human body, has an excellent antibacterial property against saprogenic bacteria which cause food poisoning and anaerobic bacteria, and is performed using an air permeable sheet which has effects such as air permeability, moisture permeability, osmotic pressure, and the like in the dry fermentation of the leaves to keep out from the unpleasant grass scent while beverage is manufactured and to improve refreshment. |
