The present invention relates to a height-adjustable lumbar support device. The height-adjustable lumbar support device comprises first and second vertical shafts that are disposed vertically to be separated from each other at a particular interval and comprise, respectively, first and second vertical slide members that move vertically; a horizontal shaft that is disposed in a horizontal direction which crosses a vertical direction on the first and second vertical shafts and comprises first and second horizontal slide members that move horizontally; a screw rod that has screw threads formed thereon and is rotated in the corresponding direction by means of a rotating force applied from outside; a slide member that is combined with the screw threads of the screw rod so as to move forwards or backwards along the screw threads in the rotating direction of the screw rod; a first link connected with the slide member and first horizontal slide member; a second link connected with a backrest and the second horizontal slide member; and a connecting pin that connects the first link and the second link to be able to rotate, crossing each other.
