PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monitor display means which enables a user to easily and visually check relation between change with time of physical quantity such as gas pressure in a cavity, pressure and temperature of molten metal, or the like, and filling start time and filling end time, and to provide a molding apparatus using the monitor display means, and a monitor display method.SOLUTION: The monitor display means includes: a physical quantity information display part for displaying, on a monitor 54, information of physical quantity indicating at least one of gas pressure in a cavity of a metal mold, molten metal pressure, and molten metal temperature, using a coordinate in a time direction; a cursor display part for displaying, on the monitor, filling start information and filling end information of molten metal in the cavity, according to the coordinate, respectively as first cursors 64, 66 extending along a coordinate orthogonal to the coordinate in the time direction, and crossing curves on the monitor, indicating the information of the physical quantity; and a background color display part for displaying background color of a first area 72 sandwiched by the first cursors on the monitor, so as to be different from background color of areas except the first area, on the monitor. |
