PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet which suppresses luminance unevenness of a liquid crystal display surface when used for an edge-light backlight unit of a liquid crystal display device and can contribute in decreasing a thickness of the liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A light guide sheet according to the present invention is used for an edge-light backlight unit in a liquid crystal display unit of a laptop computer having a case thickness of no more than 21 mm, includes: a light guide layer primarily made of a polycarbonate-based resin; and a protective layer which is laminated on a back surface of the light guide layer and is primarily made of an acryl-based resin, and has an average thickness between 250 μm and 600 μm, inclusive. It is preferred that the protective layer has the average thickness between 10 μm and 100 μm, inclusive, and a relative refractive index of no more than 0.95 with respect to the light guide layer. |
