PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process by reducing the number of steps for lens formation and to provide a stable lens shape by easily forming a desired high refractive index lens shape and also suppressing variation of the lens shape between high refractive index lenses.SOLUTION: A film thickness in a corner portion of an intra-layer lens 12 which is square-shaped in a planar view is set equal to or more than the film thickness required for preventing light from being transmitted but refracting the light inside ideally with respect to a light wavelength. A curvature radius in a diagonal direction C1 (oblique direction) is set to the curvature radius required for efficiently converging light, without light reception loss, in four corner portion of a square shape of a light-receiving part 3 in the planar view. Namely, a lens shape of a high refractive index film is rectangular in the planar view and in comparison with curvature radiuses in an X direction passing through the center of a rectangular shape in the planar view and in a Y direction passing through the center and being orthogonal to the X direction, the curvature radius in the diagonal direction of the rectangle in the planar view is set larger. |
