PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present facilities that are not presented conventionally due to a relation between the number of persons designated by a user and the vacancy numbers of facilities for user units even though the facilities are actually available by the number of persons designated by the user.SOLUTION: Vacancy information showing the vacancy numbers for user units of facilities to be occupied by facility users is stored in vacancy information storage means. An information processor acquires the number of using persons designated by the user. The information processor retrieves available facilities by the number of using persons on the basis of the vacancy information stored in the vacancy information storage means. The information processor puts even facilities having levels that are equal to or less than a reference value, in available facilities, wherein the numbers of using persons exceed the vacancy numbers shown in the vacancy information by the degrees which the reference value does not allow. The information processor presents the retrieved facilities.
