PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source unit and a hot water system capable of preventing drain water from being frozen while reducing a volume of a heater.SOLUTION: A heat source unit comprises: a bottom frame (32) for receiving drain water; an air heat exchanger (15) arranged on the bottom frame (32); and a heater (40) for preventing drain water from being frozen. Heat generating portions (41b, 42b and 43b) of the heater (40) are positioned below the air heat exchanger (15). Almost of all the heat generating portions (41b, 42b, 43b) of the heater (40) are not contacted with the bottom frame (32), but spaced apart from each other. |
