PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader stopper capable of preventing a leader from easily coming off while reducing a case of the line getting tangled up, and that allows easy attachment and the like of the leader itself thereto.SOLUTION: A leader stopper for angling, includes a trunk part having a through hole for inserting a trunk line and the like, and a hook part for hooking a leader. The hook part is provided with a guide path including an opening for inserting an end of the leader, and an opening from which the end of the inserted leader is drawn out. Further, a slit communicated with the guide path is cut from a position farthest from the trunk part of the opening from which the end of the leader is drawn out, toward the opening for inserting the end of the leader. A length of the slit is set to be longer than a distance from an end of the slit on a side of the opening for inserting the end of the leader to the guide path, along a communicating surface of the opening and the guide path (a hooking length of the leader). |
