PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic applicator capable of simply and accurately apply powdery cosmetics even in a dark plate, the design thereof being improved.SOLUTION: An application part 10 is constructed in such a manner that a fiber bundle 10a is formed by aligning fibrous translucent materials 10b each allowing light to pass through the inside of the material 10b, and is held on a holding part 3, the application part 10 being formed with a hole 10c which is communicated with the outside. Since an LED 4a as a light source is located inside the hole 10c of the application part 10 and the light of the LED is led out through a tip part and a side part of the application part exposed from the holding part, the light is irradiated thoroughly over a wide range of an applied part to enable simple and accurate application of powdery cosmetics. Moreover the light source can be varied so as to improve the design nature of the application part. |
