PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sintered body of aluminum nitride by degreasing and burning an extrusion-molded body obtained by extrusion molding of a molding composition containing an aluminum nitride powder, a sintering assistant, a thermoplastic resin, and plasticizer, wherein sticking is prevented in degreasing stacked extrusion-molded bodies and a sintered body of aluminum nitride with high thermal conductivity is obtained in high productivity.SOLUTION: In manufacturing a sintered body of aluminum nitride by degreasing and burning an extrusion-molded body obtained by extrusion molding of a composition containing an aluminum nitride powder, a sintering assistant, a thermoplastic resin, and plasticizer, the aluminum nitride powder to be used has a D90 of 4.0 μm or more and a BET specific surface area of 3-5 m/g. |
