PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a rotor shaft of a rotary electric machine to an end plate with a small machining force.SOLUTION: A recess 22a is formed in a position facing a central opening 22k of an end plate. In a position facing the recess, a protrusion 40a is formed in a rotor shaft. At the root of the protrusion, the width of the protrusion is smaller than the width of the recess. At the tip of the protrusion, the width of the protrusion is larger than the width of the recess. When the tip of the protrusion is deformed outward, the protrusion is fitted into the recess on the side closer to the root than a position where the width of the protrusion is equal to the width of the recess, side surfaces of the protrusion and the recess are brought into close contact with each other in positions A, B where the width of the protrusion is equal to the width of the recess, and the protrusion covers the recess on the side closer to the top than the position where the width of the protrusion is equal to the width of the recess, stably. A large fixing force can be obtained stably with a small caulking force. |
