PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing inhaling powder with excellent dispersivity in which an active ingredient is uniformly distributed.SOLUTION: A method for producing inhaling powder includes: a first mixing step of obtaining a mixture of carriers and a first active ingredient by stirring the first active ingredient and the carriers under the presence of pulverizing media and mixing the first active ingredient with the carriers while pulverizing the first active ingredient; and a second mixing step of adding particulate powder to the mixture obtained in the first mixing step, and performing stirring mixing under the presence of the pulverizing media. |
