PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member which has not only superior waterproof properties but also superior noncombustibility and further can be easily constructed on a roof, and to provide a roof structure which has superior noncombustibility and can be easily constructed.SOLUTION: A sheet member 1 is formed by bonding a roofing layer 4 and a noncombustible sheet layer 2 by using an adhesion layer 3, and laminating and integrating them. The roof structure has the roofing layer 4, the adhesion layer 3 and the noncombustible sheet layer 2 which are laminated in this order and provided on a roofing board 10. A roof material 5 is provided on the noncombustible sheet layer 2. |
