PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source unit and a heat pump type hot water system capable of simplifying an operation of securing a heater, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing safety of users.SOLUTION: A heat source unit includes a bottom frame 32 with a drain hole 32c that permits passage of drain water, a water heat exchanger 8 mounted on the bottom frame 32, a heat insulating material 36 surrounding the water heat exchanger 8, a heater 40 that is disposed laterally of the heat insulating material 36 and prevents freezing of the drain water, a first constraining member 50 disposed above the bottom frame 32 and secured to the heater 40, and an air heat exchanger 15 disposed above the first constraining member 50. The first constraining member 50 is pressed against the bottom frame 32 by the air heat exchanger 15 and is contacted with a side surface of the heat insulating material 36. |
