PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a defect of a pixel for detecting a radiation dose.SOLUTION: When an output value of a pixel for detecting a radiation dose to a dose is normal, it has a linear characteristic, but sometimes a linearity is not kept to the dose due to influence of a defect in a region of a predetermined high dose and in a region of a predetermined low dose. Therefore, a defect of the pixel for detecting a radiation dose is determined using the linearity. That is, a defect of the pixel for detecting a radiation dose is detected on the basis of a pixel value of the pixel for detecting a radiation dose in at least one of the predetermined high dose and low dose and a predetermined normal value.
