The invention provides an elevator control device, control method and alteration method for the mounted elevator. The invention can construct a control system in earthquake simply at low cost, which can utilize the emergent earthquake express group sending service of the mobile phone company to convert to the earthquake controlling operation earlier. A mobile phone terminal (14) for receiving the emergent earthquake express (6) from the mobile phone company (4) is disposed in the building (7) having the elevator; an emergent earthquake express extraction unit (20) is added into the mobile phone terminal (14) for extracting the emergent earthquake express (6) and outputting it; and a storing unit (21) for storing the relative information of the output emergent earthquake express (6) is comprised. A control terminal (15) is disposed in the building (7) for outputting signals that can convert into control operation in earthquake to a disc (8) according to the information relative to the emergent earthquake express (6) from the mobile phone terminal (14); and the control terminal (15) is properly connected between the mobile phone terminal (14) and the control disk (8). |
