The present invention relates to a ladder with tilt adjustable footholds that can be moved to a high ground by an operator, which comprises: a lower fixed frame that is long from top to bottom; multiple ladder footholds that can be rotated with its front right/left ends fixed between the lower fixed frames and placed at certain intervals; a pair of guide links that are shaped in the vertical direction, which can be rotated with its rear right/left ends fixed to the ladder footholds; a pair of handrails that are extended from the guide links and placed against each other at a certain interval; a holding unit, wherein the lower fixed frame and guide links are rotatably hinged on its one side; and a support unit in which the lower fixed frame is connected to the upper part while the guide links are rotatably connected to the lower part in order to support the lower fixed frame and the guide links. According to the present invention, therefore, tilt of the footholds of the ladder can be adjusted so that the operator can be safely on board, without manufacturing a ladder that is fit to the height of a hull. Also, as the support of the tilt ladder is always parallel to the ground, the possibility for the ladder to be tilted or reversed is significantly reduced, thereby increasing stability at the workplace. |
