The present invention is a steel fiber with improved bond strength, a method for manufacturing the same, and a fiber reinforced concrete including the steel fiber. The steel fiber has improved resistance to cracks, and an improved strength. The fiber reinforced concrete, including the steel fiber, improves the bond strength and rust preventive properties by having a copper coating layer on the outer circumference.
